1.鎮(zhèn)流器殼體按功率125W(含125W)以下和125W至400W分兩種尺寸，均采用鋁合金或不銹鋼材料焊接而成，結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧，外
形美觀。
2.本產(chǎn)品抗強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿鹽腐蝕，防水、防塵、防腐等級(jí)為F2，防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP65。
3.所有外露緊固件均采用不銹鋼，密封件采用硅橡膠，耐油、耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫。
4.與單盞燈具配套使用，兼做接線、分線箱。
5.內(nèi)裝鎮(zhèn)流器技術(shù)參數(shù)同飛利浦、亞明，強(qiáng)烈建議用戶配置飛利浦、亞明光源。
6.可按用戶要求加裝功率補(bǔ)償器，補(bǔ)償后功率因數(shù)可達(dá)0.9以上。

構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及作用

1、工程塑料外殼采用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)不飽和聚酯樹脂材料，通過模具壓制而成，外形美觀。具有抗老化、不變形，抗沖擊、抗靜電、耐腐蝕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品顏色為綠色。

2、不銹鋼外殼通過模具落料、成型工藝加工而成，表面鏡面拋光處理，美觀大方。

3、鋼板外殼表面酸洗，鈍化后采用高壓靜電噴塑處理，防腐等級(jí)為F1。

4、G、S兩系列抗強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、鹽、海水、氨、氯離子腐蝕，防腐等級(jí)為F2。

5、G、S兩系列產(chǎn)品為迷宮式防水結(jié)構(gòu)，具有良好的防水、防塵性能，防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP65。
